Our sub-suppliers network is equipped with the most technologically advanced tools and machinery such as CNC, Boring, Milling, Cutting, Welding, Cranes, etc… which enable us to manufacture world-class quality products and allow us to achieve this feature with the help of a professional quality control team.

Our installation services help keep the clients’ projects on time schedule using comprehensive expertise. Our engineers and technicians will start the activities with full inspections, verification, and functional testing of supplied and manufacturedequipment. ROTATECH’s installation team can execute the installation procedure of any equipment which is supplied or manufactured by ROTATECH and supervising this procedure step by step in accordance with our client’s requirements. Moreover, we offer complete installation services for rotary equipment which is not supplied or manufactured by ROTATECH, this service allows us to cover more potential customers.

After the installation of the equipment, Precommissioning and Commissioning processes start. Our commissioning services are designed to protect clients’ valuable machines and auxiliary parts, ensuring equipment and system components are performing as designed and manufactured.ROTATECH will be responsible for appointing the proper number of qualified specialists to the construction site according to the agreed time scheduled for supervising the erection and commissioning of the EQUIPMENT / UNIT. Our qualified specialists provide advisory support and technical instructions to the personnel of the client in respect to the erection and commissioning tasks specified in the scope of services.

One of our core beliefs in ROTATECH is that most of our responsibilities begin after the delivery and installation of the manufactured products, services such as overhaul, maintenance, and operation services will be provided to our clients as ROTATECH’s exclusive services. To serve the comprehensive needs of our customers, we offer a wide variety of on-site support services. ROTATECH Customer Service representatives are available for start-up, remedial/preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts management, as well as operations and maintenance training specifically designed for the clients’ applications.

As a designer and manufacturer of sophisticated compressors and expanders, we recognize that well trained, technicians are essential to productivity. Thus, training is one of the most important ways we help maximize the value of your investment by minimizing lifetime ownership costs. Our training classes are designed to share our expertise with you and allow you to learn about the technology behind the features and functions. We offer complete in-house or on-site and inshop training courses that explore concepts and ideas using the interactive, hands-on experience that will provide you with a sound understanding of both your equipment and documentation.
